Archive your meeting documents with the Session Document Catalog.
The Document Catalog is a tool allowing you to create a document CD/DVD with Session meeting documents on it. Providing you thus with a precise overview of all meeting documents of one year.
Documents are compiled by meeting and are sorted by date. After inserting the CD/DVD the automatically created table of contents provides for fast document access.
The document CD can also be used as an electronic archive by committee/board members instead of storing piles of paper at home. This is also a very good alternative for committee/board members with a low band-width internet connection.
Users of our
committee workplace Mandatos can import the document catalog at the touch of a mouse button. Thus, all documents are also made available for offline search in Mandatos.
