Room Management – the Space of Time Module

The Room Management module allows for meeting scheduling with integrated room reservation service via the program master data.

Maintain an unlimited number of places and rooms and manage rooms at different locations. Room reservations for non-meeting related events can also be made.

All data is at your disposal when scheduling a meeting – room equipment including meeting place can be pre-assigned to a committee.

The system indicates overlapping reservations to you.
