Signature – Secure Key

The public sector, banks, and institutions are connected with their committee/board members, citizens, and economy via numerous "interfaces".

Encryption and digital signature constitute a significant component in this area. The Council and Committee Information Portal SessionNet combined with the Session Signature module allows for secure communication as well as transactions between administrations and corporations and their committee/board members.

For the first time, legally-compliant, secure, digital, and paperless communication/transaction without cross-media conversions is available:

• Secure authentication
• Motion-making by political factions – legally-compliant and without cross-media conversions
• Fully electronic meeting management with legally-effective distribution of meeting documents in a virtual mailbox

This technology is based on procilon’s data and service processor ProGOV.

Based on a manufacturer declaration procilon received the OSCI certification from the OSCI control center for its data and service processor Pro GOV version 2.5 in compliance with the KoopA (German cooperation committee for automated data processing) resolution no. 02 - 09/2005.

ProGOV supports the federally-valid standard and guarantees technical flexibility and sustainability to its partners and clients through the consistent acceptance of the OSCI standards of the KoopA library. Right now ProGOV integrates with more than 20 software applications and IT systems in the public sector.
